Want Aevra to audit schema across your entire site?

The generator above creates individual snippets. Aevra crawls every URL on your domain, validates schema, flags missing fields, and estimates how much Featured Snippet / AI Overview traffic you\'re leaving on the table.

Why schema markup matters more than ever in 2026

Schema markup used to be a "nice to have" for rich snippets. In the AI-search era it is table stakes. Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and every answer engine rely on structured data to disambiguate entities, extract facts, and decide which pages to cite in AI Overview and inline answer blocks. A page with valid FAQ schema, for example, is 3–6x more likely to appear in a Featured Snippet — and those snippets are exactly what AI engines pull into their generated answers.

Organization and WebSite schema reinforce your Knowledge Graph identity so Google understands brand signals rather than treating each page in isolation. Product schema unlocks Google Shopping, price-drop alerts, and the product summary cards that appear above blue links. BreadcrumbList cleans up your SERP display, while HowTo schema grabs the highly-visible step-by-step panels that perform exceptionally well in voice search and AI how-to queries.

JSON-LD is the only format Google explicitly recommends. Microdata and RDFa still parse, but Google has deprecated or downgraded several microdata-only attributes. Sticking with JSON-LD via application/ld+json blocks ensures your markup stays compatible as schema.org evolves. Paste one block per relevant page, validate once in the Rich Results Test, and compound the signal over time as Google and the AI crawlers re-read it.
