30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Aevra for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@aevra.lumorb.com and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked, no usage requirements.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@aevra.lumorb.com from the address on your Aevra account.
  2. Include your account email and the date of purchase. No other information is required.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Card issuers may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

After the 30-Day Window

Pro and Team subscriptions renew monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges — your access remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except at our discretion for service outages or billing errors.

How to Cancel

Sign in to your account and visit Dashboard → Billing to manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel immediately, schedule cancellation at period end, or update your payment method.

Free Plans

Aevra's free tier does not involve any payment. There is nothing to cancel or refund.

EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off)

Under EU consumer law, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-service subscription within 14 days. Aevra's 30-day policy described above is strictly more generous than this statutory minimum — you receive the full 30 days from us regardless of jurisdiction.
